The much awaited 9th Ritmo Brazilian Festival was held last Sunday, 20 September, transforming Tumbalong Park in Darling Harbour into a field of enthusiastic revelers dancing the samba, grooving to the sensational rhythms of Latin and Brazilian music and enjoying the best of Brazilian culture.
Every year, the Ritmo Brazilian Festival gives Sydney a taste of Brazil for one whole day with dancing, live bands, traditional Brazilian food, workshops and Brazilian arts and crafts.
Organised by the Brazilian Community Council of Australia (BRACCA) and sponsored by UBI World TV, exclusive broadcaster in Australia of the number one Brazilian TV channel, TV Globo, 9th Ritmo Brazilian Festival was another successful event that showcased the best of Brazilian culture to the community.
